An overview

IordacheIordache T&D has been established in 2008 with the aim to assist sales organizations to visibly improve their performance and productivity.

In our approach we desire full support from the top management or project sponsors and enthusiastic involvement of key project stakeholders. We appreciate working on special and challenging new projects that can be completed in one to six months.

We work to reach specific objectives with clearly defined outcome and timing.

We believe strongly that performance require talent and investment, processes and support structure. Nevertheless, as most of our experience indicates, improved performance in the majority of cases can be reached within the available pool of talent and resources by redeployment and creation of internal synergies.

What we do?

Leadership development

For some of our clients we designed and delivered a set of specially customized courses (meticulously followed up) aimed at developing leadership within the sales organization. This includes not only common topics like feedback and coaching, setting targets and objectives, recruitment, holding meetings, keeping valued employees and team building but also some less common ones on training curriculum such as firing with dignity, managing the boss, territory management.
